Introduction to MaticLaunch

MaticLaunch is a fully decentralized fundraising platform for the next generation of ideas built on Polygon.

We aim to reduce rug pulls significantly by introducing our automated liquidity token locking mechanism. Additionally, the community alone will be choosing upcoming projects for investment based on our robust governance solution.

Thanks to Polygon, governance events and direct investments in future projects on our launchpad will consume exceptionally less fees yet making on-chain transactions faster. MaticLaunch community will be offered fair and guaranteed allocations to invest in their favorite projects.

$MTCL Utility Token

Unlike the lottery and tier mechanism, our fundraising solution is a little sophisticated and hence we will need a native token to fuel our ecosystem. Therefore, MTCL will be minted and used in the following cases:

1. Governance: The MaticLaunch community is granted the power to approve projects submitted on our launchpad by means of governance events. Every $MTCL token staker will be able to vote for projects to make a decision.

2. Allocation: In contrast to the tier and lottery systems, we provide guaranteed allocations to investors. In order to make the entire process fair, the number of $MTCL tokens staked will calculate an individual’s allocation.

3. Rewards: MaticLaunch involves the community in making almost all of the decisions. In order to incentivize their great technical and diligence efforts, we will be distributing staking rewards in $MTCL tokens post successful launch.

4. Liquidity Mining: MaticLaunch will be providing sufficient liquidity on DEX after the public sale. However, we will be launching our LP mining program to entertain sustainable trading volume while rewarding liquidity providers in $MTCL tokens.

5. Burning Events: We are exhibiting a long-term vision by burning $MTCL tokens. A certain part of fees collected via MaticLaunch will be used to buy back our native tokens and burn them under token price fall circumstances.
